With the recent integration of Epsilon Agency, Hawkeye now becomes the premier CRM offering in Publicis Groupe, further strengthening the CRM practice within Publicis Canada.
Hawkeye – powered by Epsilon – is a one-of-a-kind human experience agency singularly focused on ‘experience orchestration,’ providing CRM customers the best next experience across all channels and all moments of their journey. Hawkeye’s strength comes from leveraging human insight, the world’s best data assets, empathic creativity and the most powerful technology available to deliver meaningful Connections Designed to MatterTM between humans and brands.
The Hawkeye leadership team in Canada is: Catherine Parsons, VP CRM; Scott Pinkney, VP Executive Creative Director; Vish Ramkissoon, VP Decision Sciences; Jeff Sun, Director of CRM Strategy; and Megan Maloney, Director of Digital Production. They will work with the U.S. executive team, including Joe DeMiero, the CEO of Hawkeye globally and executive sponsor, Andrew Swinand.
“The ability to sense and respond to human needs is the future of our industry,” said Swinand. “But true, one-to-one, personalized experience orchestration has been impossible until now. Hawkeye represents the alchemy of Epsilon’s data capabilities, Publicis Media’s buying power, Sapient’s enterprise technology, and the scaled strategic and creative capabilities of the industry’s leading CRM agencies.”
As a result of the relaunch, Hawkeye now has more than 830 employees across 23 offices worldwide, and brings together people and capabilities from legacy entities Epsilon Agency, Catapult, Aspen Marketing Services, and Publicis Hawkeye, in a move Publicis Groupe executives say will create competitive advantage for its clients.
