After a pitch involving the major holding companies, The J.M. Smucker Company has chosen Publicis Groupe to manage their creative, data, media and technology business, starting 1st January 2019.
J.M. Smucker is home to well-known brands like Folgers, Smucker’s Jams and Jellies, Milk-Bone and Jif Peanut Butter. As a 120-year-old, family-run business, Smucker’s has a strong culture and vision for the future. Their ask from the beginning of the pitch was simple but bold: they wanted a true partner with an innovative model to enable an ambitious brand transformation.
To earn the business, our global team brought together talent from many parts of the Groupe to create a single team with a unified voice, strategy and vision – all under one roof, through a bespoke agency.
