We are nothing without our people, which is why investing in the establishment and evolution of our internal training has been an area of focus and LionShare has become one of our most well-loved programs. Launched and led by Jessica Balter – VP, Clients Solutions at Publicis, LionShare is a monthly forum to showcase our latest work and keep up to date on industry trends and happening’s within the agency. First established in November 2013 and held on the second Wednesday of each month, we have never missed an edition.
Perhaps as important as keeping current on the work of the agency, LionShare is also a chance for employees to get a moment in the spotlight. For those who don’t get many opportunities to make presentations, we encourage them to stand in front of their peers and share the work they helped drive forward. Finally, through the now legendary, peer-nominated LionHearted Awards, we recognize the people who go above and beyond to make our agency great.
