Preparing for the Bot Invasion

As Chatbots started to make noise in our industry, Ryan proactively self-educated himself on how to create a chatbot so that we would be ready to build one for our clients when the time came. Ryan quickly figured it out and started to build prototype chatbots for different potential use cases. He proceeded to research available technology solutions that allow him to create a universal chatbot code that could then be deployed to multiple platforms including Facebook Messenger, Twitter, Kik, Slack, and others. Unwilling to stop there, he even created a custom solution to allow us to embed chatbots within websites and rich media units.

This has allowed us to build chatbot experiences not just for current clients – but also enabled us to present a working chatbot in a recent new business presentation. This curiosity, exploration and self-motivation is reflective of the personality trait that embodies Publicis people.
